The long awaited launch of the newly branded sneaker store ATC MIA finally arrives after a hell of a long delay!
After a lot of air miles, blood, sweat, booze, tiered eyes, (a little bit of fifa `08) masking tape and profanities. I am very proud to announce that the ATC Store is now open!
The ever lovely GIFTD met with ATC back in 2006 to work on their logo and marketing collateral . Then in early 2007, collaborated with CONFID3NTIAL, master of diy Jimmy DiResta and the 3 boys behind ATC and began work on the store interior design, in-store and window graphics.
The concept behind ATC (and also their acronym) is Air Traffic Control. As a sneaker consignment store they are essentially “trafficking” limited edition goods from all over the world. Taking inspiration from airport graphics and terminology the aim was to convey this through all marketing collateral and subsequently the store interior.
