10_03_2009_0454063001236637376_rankin

Over a brew i stumbled across this little number… The letter V as a symbol of the Nike campaign, entitled “V is for Victory.” Featured athletes, like the Ivorian Didier Drogba and  joe cole, Rafael Nadal among others. A sign drawn on the chest and covered with dust for some ocher, dressed in a jacket to others. Check the images and vid below…

SHOVE IT UP YER ARSE!

brazil_vs_argentina-1

A cheeky little war popped up within the advertising world during the world cup i believe. The top image was an attack by an Argentinean condom company showing what they were threatening to do to brazil before the match. The bottom image was a response after Brazil ended up winning the game comfortably 3-1 and came back with a very tongue in “cheek” response, now that’s advertising warfare!

EVERY HOLES A GOAL!

Looking at this your gonna score at least once during the night, but it comes down to persission and aiming on this occasion. I love this whole new way to get your potential customer  creativly interacting with your message, its a great example of well executed campaigne. It’s obviously not going to suit every type of product, but for a “macho type” sports event it’s going to get its message across in a very memorable way. However, I wouldn’t suggest you put it in a busy location, because challenge games could go on for a while. (though I guess most are playing with limited resources) But you know what boys and there toys can be like, it’s all about ego, and no ones going to want to quit on this one, dont even question the  off sides or on the line cameras!

A FACE FULL OF BALLS!

PITCH IN A BOX!

nike_d

This genius of an idea  was concocted by the people over at Publicis,  in Singapore, China. Cleverly aimed at inspiring football-crazy kids to pursue their dreams of playing professionally. Why wasnt this around when i was a kid, joke! lol  so this was a limited number of Nike shoeboxes  that were transformed to house a stadium within by inserting a printed sheet of the stadium interior with embedded sound chips. Amazingly you could hear the crowd go wild when the box was opened. You godda love it…. I actually play in Nike`s too, send us a few pairs.. please??
